Digital Delivery
All photographs, videos and other media are delivered electronically via one or more of the following methods:
• Secure online galleries
• Download links
• Email delivery
• Client portals or cloud-based file sharing services
Delivery method and access details will be provided once payment has been received in full and the project has been completed.
Delivery Timeframes
Digital files are typically delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at booking or outlined in your service agreement. Turnaround times may vary depending on the scope of the project, editing requirements and workload. Any estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, but are communicated clearly in advance.
Shipping Fees
As all products are delivered digitally, no shipping or handling fees apply.
Access and Responsibility
Clients are responsible for downloading and saving their files within the access period provided. We recommend backing up all delivered media immediately after receipt. Braden Saylors is not responsible for lost files after the delivery period has expired.
Technical Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software, internet access and devices required to download and view the delivered files.
