Cancellation Policy

By booking a photography service, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. All appointments must be scheduled in advance. The property must be clean, staged and photo-ready prior to the photographer’s arrival. If the home is not prepared, the photographer may proceed as is or the client may request a reschedule; rescheduling fees may apply. The photographer will capture the number of images included in the selected package. Additional images or services can be requested for an extra fee. Turnaround time is typically 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated. Luxury packages may include expedited delivery. Final images will be delivered digitally through an online gallery. Clients are responsible for ensuring full access to the property at the scheduled time. If the photographer is unable to enter the home, a cancellation or no-show fee may be charged. Weather conditions may affect exterior photos; sky replacements and certain enhancements are included only in advanced/luxury packages as specified. All delivered photos are edited according to the chosen package. Basic edits include color correction, exposure adjustments and alignment. Advanced edits such as sky replacement, wet concrete effects, object removal, and twilight conversions are only included when listed. Any additional retouching outside the package may incur extra costs. The client receives a license to use the images for real-estate marketing purposes only. Images may not be resold, transferred, or heavily altered without written permission. The photographer retains full copyright to all photographs. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a fee. Travel fees apply for locations outside the standard service area ($0.70 per mile). Payment is due on the day of the session (cash or Venmo) or, if the customer is eligible, after receiving the invoice (bank transfer) unless other arrangements are made in advance. By completing a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts all policies listed above.
