Cancellation Policy

By booking a photography session, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Scheduling & Preparation All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Clients should arrive on time and be ready for the session. For outdoor shoots, please dress appropriately for weather and location. If a client is not ready or delayed, the session may proceed as scheduled, or a reschedule may be requested; rescheduling fees may apply. 2. Session Deliverables The photographer will capture the number of images included in the selected package. Additional images or services can be requested for an extra fee. Turnaround time is typically 1–2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Final images will be delivered digitally through a secure online gallery. 3. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring all participants are present and prepared at the scheduled time. For sessions at private locations, the client must provide full access. Weather conditions may affect outdoor sessions; rescheduling due to severe weather is possible and will be handled fairly. 4. Image Editing & Enhancements All delivered images will be professionally edited according to the chosen package. Basic edits include color correction, exposure adjustments, and minor retouching. Advanced edits such as skin smoothing, object removal, or special effects are included only if specified in the selected package. Additional retouching outside the package may incur extra fees. 5. Usage & Copyright Clients receive a license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Images may not be resold, transferred, or heavily altered without written permission. The photographer retains full copyright to all photographs. 6. Cancellations & Fees Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a fee, which is 50% of the price on the website at the time of booking the session. Travel fees apply for locations outside the standard service area ($0.70 per mile). Payment is due on the day of the session (cash or Venmo) or, if the customer is eligible, after receiving the invoice (bank transfer) unless other arrangements are made in advance. By completing a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts all policies listed above.
